The first credit card is First Progress Platinum Prestige MasterCard Secured Credit Card. Minimum credit is  bad (30 points); minimum deposit is $200 (5 points); annual fee is $49 (0 points). First Progress’s secure credit card has a relatively high annual fee and minimum deposit, which isn’t strange for secured credit cards, which usually feature less favorable offers. With First Progress Platinum card, you will get no introductory rate period. Instead, you will need to pay an APR of 9.99% for regular purchases. The minimum deposit is $200, and it is fully refundable. If you pay off your balance, you can withhold your deposit at any time. The second card on our list now is Primor Secured Visa Gold Card. Minimum credit is bad (30 points); minimum deposit is $200 (5 points); annual fee: $49 (0 points). Although primor Secured VISA  is not much different from the previous card we have described, it still comes with a few extra features and fees. For example, the purchase APR of 9.99% is fixed. The company charges 3% for foreign transactions, and there is a $29 max late fee and 18.99% cash advance rate. The company says it is a great card for people with no credit and they offer a very simple application process.
